REVISION POLICY

Creative Propel believes that clear communication and effective collaboration are key to producing high-quality designs. We include a specific number of revision rounds in each package to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final result. Any additional rounds of revisions may be subject to additional fees.

  • Revision Turnaround Time

We aim to complete revisions as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our work. Our standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the number of revisions required.

  • Revision Process

Once the client has reviewed the initial deliverables and provided feedback, we will begin the revision process. We will make the requested changes and provide the updated deliverables back to the client for review. The client will then have a specified timeframe to review and approve the revisions.

  • Additional Revision Rounds

If the client requests additional rounds of revisions beyond the number included in their package, we may charge additional fees. The fees for additional revision rounds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Errors on Our Part

If revisions are necessary due to an error on our part, we will make the necessary changes at no additional cost to the client.

  • Approval of Revisions

Once the client has reviewed and approved the final revisions, the project will be considered complete.

REFUND POLICY

At Creative Propel, our commitment is to deliver design services of the highest quality to our clients. We maintain close collaboration with our clients throughout the design process to ensure the fulfillment of their needs and satisfaction with the final outcome. Upon the successful delivery and approval of the final project,

we consider the project concluded, and no refunds will be issued. This policy is established due to the non-refundable nature of the time and effort invested in the project.

We encourage open communication from our clients regarding any concerns or issues that may arise during the design process, allowing us to address them proactively before the final project is presented. For inquiries or concerns, please contact us at info@creativepropel.com.

REFUND PROCEDURE

  • Initial Request: Refund requests can be submitted when the initial ideas for a website are presented. However, acceptance or revision requests to the first designs render the refund offer void.
  • Pre-Delivery Refund: If a refund request is submitted before the initial design concepts are delivered, a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) is eligible.
  • Time-based Refunds: 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) within 48 hours of receiving the first design.33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) between 48 to 120 hours after receiving the first design.
  • Post-120 Hours: Refund requests are not accepted after 120 hours following the initial design delivery. However, concerns can be addressed for customer satisfaction.
  • Inaction on Orders: No refund requests will be considered if no action is taken on an order within 30 days. Renewal of design orders may incur a price based on the project.
  • Final Files: Refund claims will not be entertained after the delivery of the final files.
  • Website and Animation Packages: No refunds for website packages after website creation and launch. No refund requests for video animation packages after the storyboard has been designed.
  • Refund Process: Refund requests must be communicated to the support team. Creative Propel reserves the right to grant or refuse requests based on specific circumstances and user agreement violations.
  • Justification and Evaluation: Refund requests must be justified and evaluated based on the design brief and client input. A refund will not be issued unless the design deviates from the brief.
  • Client Participation: Client participation and feedback on design projects before finalization are essential for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Unique Design Guarantee: If a designed website is noticeably similar to another existing design, clients are entitled to a redraw under the 100% unique design guarantee. Creative Propel is not accountable for coincidental similarities, and clients are responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their art.

 

HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND

To claim a refund, submit a written request explaining dissatisfaction reasons to info@creativepropel.com or contact us at +1 (512) 960-2673. In line with our revision policy, we will address the issue promptly. If unresolved, our refund department will confirm approval via email. After the return, Creative Propel gains design rights, and clients are prohibited from using or displaying any iteration of the company’s design.

By proceeding with a refund request, clients acknowledge the relinquishment of ownership interest or rights to any response, content, work product, or media. Information about copyright acquisition for returned designs preventing reuse as original creations will be disclosed in collaboration with government copyright agencies.

Our approach involves a well-organized design process incorporating multiple rounds of revisions, utilizing industry-standard software and tools. Prior to final project delivery, we perform a meticulous quality check to ensure that the design aligns with our elevated standards. Furthermore, we extend continuous support to our clients, aiming to ensure their sustained satisfaction with our work.

  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our commitment is to provide designs that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations. We persistently revise, tailoring the process to your chosen package, until we achieve your complete satisfaction, ensuring the end result aligns perfectly with your vision.

  • DOMAIN AND HOSTING

For applicable cases, website packages will include a complimentary domain and hosting. The email accounts provided with these packages can be configured to function seamlessly with other email programs such as Outlook. Each email account will have a 10MB allocation. It’s important to note that we only offer email accounts if we are hosting your website. The bundled package comprising hosting, domain, and email server is non-refundable.

  • RECORD MAINTENANCE

Upon delivering the final files, we maintain a record of your completed design. Should you require them in the future, we are happy to provide you with the final files upon request.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We are dedicated to offering 24-hour customer support to address your inquiries and questions promptly. Rest assured, if you contact us at any time, we commit to getting back to you right away.

  • COMMUNICATION POLICY

You recognize and consent that Creative Propel bears no responsibility for any communication originating from email addresses not ending in “..@creativepropel.com” or any toll-free number not officially listed on our website. Creative Propel cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from such correspondence. Our responsibility extends only to communications sent through our officially designated domain-named email address(es) and toll-free number, as explicitly listed on the Creative Propel website.

  • EXCLUSIONS

The company will support the client in integrating third-party plugins and APIs, ensuring that any such integrations necessary for the website’s functionality strictly adhere to established standards. Throughout the development of this project, the company will not engage in transactions with other parties. Any additional work beyond the scope of the project will require a separate pricing arrangement.
